Draymond Green Missed The All-NBA Defence First Team And Fans Are MAD
The NBA revealed its All-Defense teams recently to mostly positive responses, however forward from Philadelphia, Robert Covington, made it onto the first team meaning Defensive Player of the Year Draymond Green didn't make it.
The main dispute comes from the fact that Green averaged 7.6 rebounds, 1.4 steals, and 1.3 blocks per game this season, whereas Covington averaged 5.4 rebounds, 1.7 steals, and 0.9 blocks. It is difficult to compare as the players have different roles on their respective teams, however, the fans of Green are certainly more vocal.

The NBA's defensive awards are the only ones that I feel like I don't watch enough basketball to have a particularly strong stance on, but Robert Covington on the First Team over both Draymond Green and Al Horford seems questionable
