Over the past couple of days, Noah Cyrus and Lil Xan have been overloading Instagram with what appear to be couple photos. The 18-year-old sister of Miley Cyrus has been posting with the SoundCloud rapper, and the relationship has been confirmed by People. Neither of the pair has confirmed it themselves. 

Fans began to wonder about the relationship status when Lil Xan posted this photo with Noah.
