RiFF RAFF Going To Trial For $12M Sexual Assault Suit

A woman claims that rapper RiFF RAFF took money from her and then forced her to have sex with him to get it back at a Nevada brothel in 2014. It has been reported that RiFF RAFF is due to stand trial in May next year for the civil case that was originally reported in 2014 but not made public. 

The woman, Jane Doe, filed the suit against the rapper and his collaborator DollaBillGates, accusing them of sexual assault, sexual battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, false imprisonment, and civil conspiracy. One week before the incident, RiFF RAFF had made national headlines for going to the MTV Video Music Awards with Kary Perry.

Jane is asking for at least $12 million in damages to cover medical expenses, lost wages, physical, emotional, and psychological trauma, legal costs, and more.
