The Super Bowl LIII Halftime Act Has Been Chosen And People Are Mad
Maroon 5 has been chosen to perform at the Super Bowl LIII halftime show in Atlanta next year, however, people are pretty upset that no Atlanta-born and bred artists were chosen for the role considering Atlanta is widely regarded as the home of hip-hop. Fans were hoping artists such as Migos, Future, T.I., Ludacris or 2Chainz would be selected.

I actually like Maroon 5 but we couldn’t get any hip-hop artists for a Super Bowl in Atlanta? pic.twitter.com/8zSCLn6IiC
